Refund Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of tanning products, we can only accept returns on unused, unopened items that remain in their original sealed packaging. This applies to all lotions, accelerators, self‑tanners and tanning sprays.

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14–30 days of receiving your order (depending on product type).

Condition of Items: To qualify for a refund, products must be in pristine, resalable condition. Once opened or used, items are non‑returnable.

Damaged or Faulty Items: If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24–48 hours with photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Non‑Refundable Items:

• Opened tanning lotions, foam or waters

• Used self tan foam, moisturiser, water 

• Tanning sprays (for hygiene and safety reasons)​

 

Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
